John Ciccarelli

General Manager

While General Manager John Ciccarelli may be a newcomer at the helm of Palm Midtown, he had long been a regular at Palm Too, and leapt at the opportunity to formally join The Palm family as General Manager at Palm Too, before moving over to Palm Midtown. A heavyweight in the restaurant business for over 35 years, John has been a key player at some of the New York metro area’s premier restaurants. His approach to hospitality rests on his commitment to treating all guests as VIPs from start to finish and upholding consistency in preparation and presentation. Combine these with his Italian roots and you’ve got an excellent match with Palm DNA.

D’Andre

Executive Chef

Chef D'Andre, father of two boys 12, 17 joined the Army as a Culinary Specialist in 2008. There he quickly made his way through Culinary School, achieving the rank of Sergeant and actively working as an Executive Chef. His time in the service opened his eyes to how vital Standard Operating Procedure, and strict adherence to systems are to a job well done when managing upwards of 85-200 people, literally feeding an Army. After retiring, Chef D’Andre was recruited for the role of Executive Chef by Fleming’s Prime Steak House where he managed and grew business. He enjoyed his work with Fleming’s, but due to restructuring, Chef D'Andre took a great opportunity with The Palm Too Restaurant in New York, New York, then later transferred to Palm Midtown where he currently resides as the Executive Chef.
