Ella Grande

General Manager

With eight years at The Palm Restaurant in Atlantic City, Ella Grande has had the privilege of growing from Hostess to Front of House Manager, then Assistant General Manager, and now General Manager. Throughout her career, she has developed a true passion for hospitality, building strong teams, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the doors.

What she enjoys most is forming genuine relationships with guests and helping make every celebration and event feel personal and special. She is incredibly proud of her staff and values working alongside a team that shares the same commitment to exceptional service. For her, The Palm is more than just a place to work. It is a community she genuinely loves and is proud to be part of.

Taylor Crawford

Sales & Events Manager

Taylor Crawford joined The Palm Atlantic City in February 2026 as Sales & Events Manager. With a decade of hospitality experience, she brings a strong background in operations, event planning, and guest service. Prior to joining The Palm, she served as Beverage Manager and Event Planner at a private club recognized by Platinum Clubs of America as the No. 1 club in the United States.

Taylor is passionate about helping guests and organizations create memorable experiences. From corporate events and milestone celebrations to large-scale gatherings of more than 500 guests, she enjoys working closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring every detail is seamlessly executed.

Brian "Coop" Cooper

 Executive Chef 

Chef Brian “Coop” Cooper brings more than 30 years of culinary experience to his role as Executive Chef at The Palm Atlantic City, where he has led the kitchen since 2022. Beginning his career in Miami, Chef Coop developed his skills at acclaimed restaurants including The Chart House, Prezzo, and Norman’s, before helping launch notable dining destinations and collaborating with celebrity chef Todd English in Boston.

For the past 18 years, Chef Coop has been a key figure in the Atlantic City dining scene, leading high-volume kitchens at renowned restaurants including Cuba Libre, Wolfgang Puck’s, and P.F. Chang’s. At The Palm, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional steakhouse cuisine and warm hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys the quality and service that define the brand.
