Erin grew up in Houston, Texas, where she began her career in hospitality at one of the largest independently owned restaurants in the country in 2003. Seeking management opportunities and a desire to pursue event planning, she joined the Landry’s team at Brenner’s Steakhouse in 2018, training with the Sales Manager while also learning front of house operations. She was promoted to bar manager in 2019 and continued to assist with events when needed. In 2022, desiring to be closer to her husband, now a sergeant in the Army, she accepted the position of Sales and Events Manager at The Palm in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over 20 years in the hospitality industry, working most front of house positions, has given her a unique perspective when planning stunning events for guests. With a passion for bringing her clients’ visions to life, Erin takes pride building lasting relationships along the way.
