Michael Meyer found his home at The Palm in 2007, starting in Coral Gables, Florida, then making the short move to serve as General Manager of The Palm Miami, just across from Miami Beach. Michael’s regulars cherish their lobsters, martinis, and the delicious weekend prime rib. Michael considers “consistency” and “tradition” The Palm Miami’s bywords. His team consists mostly of Palm veterans who have remained with the institution for decades. The Palm Miami’s extended family of guests includes plenty of dog lovers, so the restaurant is happy to support the ASPCA and other animal-related charities, as well as local police and civic organizations.
