Travis Alicea has been with The Palm since 2019 and brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the team. Inspired by his parents' love of entertaining and growing up in a home known as the “party house,” he learned early on the importance of making people feel welcome and creating memorable experiences.

Throughout his career, Travis has developed a passion for building lasting relationships with guests, often turning challenging situations into positive, long-term connections. When he’s not helping plan exceptional events, he’s a dedicated sports fan who proudly lives by one motto: Knicks in 5!
