With eight years at The Palm Restaurant in Atlantic City, Ella Grande has had the privilege of growing from Hostess to Front of House Manager, then Assistant General Manager, and now General Manager. Throughout her career, she has developed a true passion for hospitality, building strong teams, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the doors.

What she enjoys most is forming genuine relationships with guests and helping make every celebration and event feel personal and special.
