"Bensonhurst…Brooklyn" - Stuffed Artichoke 
A classic Roman/Jewish Neighborhood Dish with an Italian Twist

Paired with Malfi Gin Negroni

“Arthur Avenue…the Bronx” - Bacalhau Fresco Raviolo 
A large single Raviolo stuffed with White Cod, Ricotta Cheese, Asparagus, and Italian Spices

Asparagus-Basil Pesto, Seaweed Foam, Parmesan Crisps

“Castle Hill…the Bronx” - Pork Belly Mofongo
Puerto Rican-Style Mashed Plaintain topped with Savory Pork Belly garnished with Achiote-Seasoned Oil

Paired with "Memories of San Juan" - Bacardi Superior Rum, Coconut Water topped with a splash of Pineapple Juice, Shaved Coconut Rim

Korean Short Ribs marinated in Szechuan Rub over Stir-Fry Noodles, with Garlic, Scallions, Sesame, and Szechuan Oil
