As a kid, Craig Levy loved to imagine himself running a restaurant, and believes that hospitality was his destiny. He joined The Palm West Side in 2014, attracted to a company that demonstrated its commitment to its people. He loves Thanksgiving, when the entire West Side staff enjoys the annual pre-shift special meal together as “one big family.” His team goes above and beyond – one server toasts his regulars’ bread himself to make sure it comes out just right. “We are unique in three ways here at The Palm: generous portions, top quality cuts, and the ‘wow’ factor,” Craig explains. He’s most proud that his guests say, “Once you’ve been to the Palm, you’ll never need another steak house.” The Palm West Side actively supports charities, including the Kids Wish Network, and participates in the Times Square Alliance’s annual food carnival.
