Andrew TobinGeneral Manager
Andrew Tobin joined The Palm in 2001 as a server, and worked at The Palm Atlantic City and The Palm West Side before returning to his hometown of East Hampton. Andrew is also an avid fisherman who remains actively engaged with the local fishing community. He and his established staff members enjoy the seasonal contrast and cultivate long-standing relationships with their family of regulars year-round. “This location is unique because we alternate between very busy summers full of celebrity guests and much quieter, small-town winters,” he says. His restaurant’s New York Strip stands out as its most popular signature dish, frequently paired with robust red wines from local Long Island winemakers. Andrew proudly oversees the restaurant’s support of the East Hampton Day Care Center and many other important local charities.
