Craig Levy, General Manager
Craig Levy was born in New Rochelle, NY and spent most of his time in Westchester before attending college at The University of Maryland-College Park. As a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Craig was named President his Junior year. After college, Craig worked on Wall Street in commercial real estate until he gained a new passion for radio, which led to his very own talk radio show! In a turn of events, the hospitality industry called his name. Craig began his hospitality career as a server at Cheesecake Factory in White Plains where he quickly worked his way up to bartender, and within a year, became a manager. Nine years later, Craig joined The Palm family as an Assistant General Manager where he quickly worked his way up to become the General Manager of The Palm West. As a native New Yorker, he is extremely proud to be part of the local community and is thankful for the opportunity to lead such an established and prominent steak house in New York city.

Michael England, Executive Chef
England opened The Palm in Atlantic City in 2005 as line cook, then after spending six months moved up the ranks to Sous Chef before taking control of the kitchen as Atlantic City Executive Chef and now Executive Chef at Palm West. A Pennsauken native, England recognized his passion for the industry and began his restaurant experience in 1994 as a high school junior. After graduating from Atlantic County Community College in 2000, Michael began making a name for himself in the South Jersey market. Among his positions Michael worked as a County Club executive banquet chef and Sous Chef for Express Restaurant in Surf City before joining the Palm family in 2005. England's strong work ethic, professionalism and creativeness have moved him into his dream job at The Palm. When Michael isn't serving up signature Palm dishes, he loves the Jersey shore. England has made his home in Long Beach Island where he spends his free time surfing and relaxing with a good movie.
