Exciting changes are coming to The Palm Houston, including a fresh new look and expanded space.
Our last day of business before the remodel began was Saturday, February 16. We sincerely appreciate your patronage and loyalty over the past 35 years and can't wait to celebrate the new Palm Houston with you at our Grand Re-Opening this summer!
The restaurant will grow to 8,800 square feet in space, with seating for 322 in the restaurant and bar, and will feature three private dining rooms, providing guests with a number of layout options from smaller, intimate rooms to one large meeting space. The rooms will have a range of audio/visual services available - including Wi-Fi service, large flat-screen TVs and projection capabilities. Of course, we'll still have the patio.

When will the The Palm Houston re-open?
The new Palm Houston is re-opening to the general public for reservations and walk-ins on July 8, 2013. Contrary to a recent Houston Chronicle article, there is not a grand opening party or event on July 8. Like us on Facebook to stay informed of all the details, and CLICK HERE to make a reservation.
I am a member of the 837 Club. What will happen to my account & points?
As long as you use your membership at least once every 18 months, your account will remain active. If you are unsure or still have questions, please call Member Services at 866-333-7256 to keep your account active and to ensure you still earn your 837 birthday certificate.
In the meantime you can continue to earn points by visiting any of our other Palm Restaurant locations and even for orders placed in our online store. For more information on reward redemption, click here.
I have a Palm Gift Card and wasn't be able to use it at the Houston location before February 16. What do I do?
Palm Gift Cards that you may have purchased or received as a gift are valid in any Palm location* or keep them tucked away for the Grand Re-opening in Houston later this summer. You can also use them for purchases from the Palm Online Store. Just call 800-795-7256 and we’ll answer any questions.
I recently purchased a Palm Gift Card(s) over $250 and received a $50 Thank You Card. I wasn't be able to use it at the Houston location before February 16 - what do I do?
If you received one of our $50 Thank You Cards during the holidays, you can redeem it at any of our other Palm locations now through April 30, 2013. If a visit to another Palm city* before April 30 doesn't work for you, just call Customer Care at 800-795-7256 and we'll exchange your $50 Thank You Card for one you can use at a later time.
I'm planning an event in Houston later in the year and would like to host it at The Palm. Who should I speak to regarding event dates after the remodel is complete?

Will your Summer Lobster Dinner for 2 be available at The Palm Houston?
Yes, our annual Summer Lobster Dinner for 2 will be available starting July 8 through August 31, 2013. It is currently available at all U.S. Palm locations (including Dallas and San Antonio) from June 1-August 31, 2013.
