Terms and Conditions:
Host must book a party in a private room [through a Palm Sales Manager] prior to October 31, 2011 to be eligible for the Palm party card. To qualify for the Palm party card, please be sure to mention the “Holiday Party Gift” at time of booking/reservation. The private event must be held between
November 1, 2011 and January 31, 2012. To be eligible for the Palm party card, the final bill (food and beverage total) must be $2,000 or more for dinner parties and $1,000 or more for lunch parties, excluding tax and service charges. Palm Party and Palm Dining cards have no cash value and are non-transferable. The appropriate Palm party card will be mailed to the host in January 2012 or after the event has occurred and the final bill has been paid, whichever is latest. Only the person paying the bill will receive the Palm party card. The Palm party card cannot be issued incrementally. Any parties previously booked, even if scheduled during the eligible time frame, are not eligible for the Palm Party or Palm Dining cards. Palm Dining Cards will be given out to the individual guests who attend the event. Palm Dining cards are valid January 1 - April 30, 2012. In order to redeem your Palm Dining Card, you must register your card at www.thepalm.com/mycard. Palm Party and Palm Dining cards are not valid toward the booked private event and are redeemable for food and beverage only. The cards are not valid for tax or gratuity, and must be redeemed by April 30, 2012. Palm Party and Dining Cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Not valid with any other offer or promotion.
