In Los Angeles, there is no better place to see and be seen than at The Palm. The Palm in West Hollywood has been a staple with celebrities since it opened in 1975, when The Palm had only three other restaurants. Today, celebrities like Mike Myers and Adam Sandler grace the walls as well as the tables of The Palm in West Hollywood while their established colleagues Billy Crystal and Brian Dennehy are content doing the same, as they have been for years.

Cedric is a man who loves his family. Both of them! He obviously loves his beautiful wife Elizabeth, and children Jasmine, Cedric Jr., and Giancarlo. But he is also deeply connected to his Palm family, and that includes the staff, who adore him, as well as the countless guests who comprise the West Hollywood family. Over the past 7 years, he has enamored himself to generations of regulars, who have made West Hollywood the iconic restaurant it is. When legendary Palm maitre'd Gigi Del Maestro passed away in 2002, there were huge shoes left to fill. Cedric's love for the Palm, the Palm family, and his commitment to hospitality have made him a perfect fit for that! A transplant of the Bay Area, he is an avid fan of San Fransisco sports teams! He is also an aficionado of vintage motorcycles and has a gorgeous classic Harley!

A native Californian with boundless energy, great passion for the restaurant business, and formidable singing skills to boot, Gina is a fabulous new addition to The Palm West Hollywood. Gina spent years in the steakhouse business, as a sales and marketing maven. She briefly left to start a family business, but missed the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, and as fate would have it, knew some fine folks at The Palm in West Hollywood, and the rest, as they say, is history! We are thrilled to have her part of our team, and look forward to many years of big parties in "The Gigi Room", or private dining room!
