The Palm Boston is moving to an exciting new address! Our last day at the Westin Copley Place location was December 31, 2011. We'll be open at our NEW One International Place location on May 11, 2013.

Where is The Palm moving?
The new Palm Boston will be located in the lobby of One International Place. With 8,300 sq. ft. and seating for more than 300 patrons, it will be considerably larger than our previous location. There will also be an outdoor dining deck overlooking the Evelyn Moakley Bridge, Greenway and entrance to the Seaport District.
When will the new Palm open?

I am a member of the 837 Club. What will happen to my account & points?
As long as you use your membership at least once every 18 months, your account will remain active. If you are unsure or still have questions, please call Member Services at 866-333-7256 to keep your account active and to ensure you still earn your 837 birthday certificate.
In the meantime you can continue to earn points by visiting any of our other Palm Restaurant locations and even for orders placed in our online store. For more information on reward redemption, click here.
I'm planning an event in Boston after Q2 2013 and would like to host it at The Palm. Who should I speak to regarding event dates after the remodel is complete?

I have a Palm Gift Card and wasn't able to use it at the Boston location before December 31, 2011. What do I do?
Palm Gift Cards that you may have purchased or received as a gift are valid in any Palm location* or keep them tucked away for the Grand Opening of the new Boston location. You can also use them for purchases from the Palm Online Store. Just call 800-795-7256 and we’ll help process the gift card for your online purchase.
I purchased a Palm Gift Card(s) over $250 and received a $50 Thank You Card during your 2011 Holiday Gift Card Promotion. I wasn't able to use it before December 31, 2011 - what do I do?
If you received a brown $50 Thank You Card, it is valid at any of our 25 other Palm Restaurant locations* January 1 - April 30, 2012. If you do not think you will use the card before April 30, please call Palm Customer Care at 800-795-7256 and we will exchange your card for one with no expiration date.
$50 Thank You Cards distributed in Boston after December 3, 2011 have no expiration date. If you want to confirm the expiration date on your card, please call Palm Customer Care at 800-795-7256.
I had my caricature on the wall at the Copley Place location. Will my caricature be on the wall at the new location?
We do have all of the caricatures on file from our previous location and will be adding them to the caricature wall of our new One International Place location in phases. If you have not yet received an invitation to add your caricature to the wall of the new location, we ask that you come by and introduce yourself to our new General Manager Brian Brosnihan so we can ensure we have your updated contact information in our records.
