Upon application approval, a temporary 837 Club membership card will be displayed on your screen. Print that page, and keep your temporary 837 Club Membership Card with you each time you dine at The Palm. A permanent 837 Club Membership Card and a $25.00 Gift Certificate will arrive in the mail in approximately 3-4 weeks.

To earn 837 Club Points, your membership card must be presented with your preferred method of payment every time you visit The Palm.

Each time you dine at The Palm and present your 837 Club card, you will receive an updated status of your total points in the club. For your convenience you may also check your point status online at any time.
