Jim Haney, General Manager
Known as an innovator and trendsetter within the hospitality industry, Haney honed his business skills as General Manager for Dave and Buster's Inc. in Dallas, Texas and the ESPN Zone in Baltimore, Maryland. His talent for providing superior guest experiences earned him a promotion to Director of East Coast Operations for Disney Regional Entertainment and the ESPN Zone in Glendale, California. In addition to handling numerous grand openings, his responsibilities with Disney included the management of finances with annual revenues in excess of 55 million dollars. Jim grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and is thrilled to work in the prestigious downtown location inside The Bellevue. He resides in Marlton, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters.

Ron Reid, Executive Chef
As Executive Chef of The Palm in Philadelphia, Ron Reid is responsible for developing and overseeing the preparation of the first class traditional menu. He comes directly to the restaurant from The Palm in Atlantic City where he opened that restaurant in 2004 to rave reviews. His sensational culinary skills assisted in winning the restaurant the corporate award as the number one Palm among all Palm Restaurants nationwide in its first year. Chef Reid built the foundation of his celebrated career while studying culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1990, he was chosen for the role of Executive Chef for Cavanaugh's Restaurant in Turnersville, New Jersey, where he supervised the entire culinary department. In 1997, Ronald assumed the position of line cook for Philadelphia's acclaimed Striped Bass, where he catered to upscale clientele and worked to maintain the restaurant's reputation as one of the finest in the city. From there, Ronald explored Mediterranean cuisine as executive chef of the 16th Street Bar & Grill in Philadelphia for one year, before joining the Palm Restaurant Group in 2004. Ronald's specialty is fusing traditional steakhouse cuisine with the bounty of fresh local seafood from the Atlantic Ocean which works perfectly with The Palm's new fish menu.
