Carol Schnittlich is no stranger to East Hampton, and certainly no stranger to The Palm family! Carol worked at The James Lane Café at The Hedges Inn while it was under Palm ownership until 2006. She was the primary liaison between the restaurant and Palm Restaurant Group. In addition, she was responsible for the hiring and training of all staff, as well as coordinating special events. In 2007, she assumed the role of Innkeeper for The Hedges Inn and was the key driver behind their online booking/reservation system. We are thrilled to have Carol back as part of The Palm Family.

Deposit
A minimum of a one night stay or 50% of total stay amount, whichever is greater will be taken to guarantee a reservation.

Cancellations
All reservations require a two week notice prior to the arrival date to receive a refund. A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to each room. The deposit becomes non refundable and forfeited if a reservation is cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date.

Group Reservations
Four or more rooms will be considered a group reservation. Please call for deposit and cancellation policy.

Weekend Minimums
April, May, June, September & October – 2 night minimum
Memorial Day Weekend, July and August – 3 night minimum
4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day Weekend – 4 night minimum
Film Festival Weekend - 4 night minimum

Smoking
The Huntting Inn is a non-smoking establishment. If a room is found to have been smoked in the guest will be charged an additional night fee for the cost of returning the room to a non smoking status.
